Our paneer is made fresh daily in small batches using pure milk — no preservatives, no additives. This makes it noticeably softer, fresher, and better tasting than typical vacuum-packed store-bought paneer.
We provide freshly made Paneer, not vacuum-packed. This keeps it naturally soft, moist, and fresh — unlike most store-bought paneer designed for long shelf life.
Our paneer is best consumed fresh. After delivery, store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours for best softness and taste. If you wish to use it later, transfer the paneer to a clean container, fully submerge it in drinking water, refrigerate, and change the water every 24 hours. When stored this way, it can be used within 3–4 days. Since we make and deliver paneer frequently, we recommend ordering fresh batches whenever possible.
Paneer is only as good as the milk it’s made from. We use fresh milk from Murrah buffaloes, sourced from small farming families we’ve worked with for two generations. These families typically care for 2–4 buffaloes, feed them well, and use the same milk for their own households. Only the surplus milk is supplied to us — ensuring purity, freshness, and trust at the source.
Our paneer is made fresh in small batches using curd and fresh whey water as natural coagulants. The whey separated from a batch is reused only on the same day to coagulate subsequent batches, a traditional practice that preserves softness, nutrition, and purity. No citric acid, vinegar, or chemicals are used.
